Please note that timing is crucial to our business. Our services are scheduled in hourly sessions rather than "a la carte" to ensure we can utilize the best products and techniques to achieve your desired results without hidden costs. Each session is specifically tailored to your needs. We value your time and strive to adhere to your scheduled appointment times.
Late Arrival
For appointments where clients are more than 10 minutes late, we will do our best to complete the service as requested, though it may not always be possible. The full scheduled time will still be charged. Clients arriving 30 minutes late will be considered a no-show and will be charged according to our cancellation policy.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly request more than 48 hours' notice. Failure to do so will incur a charge of 50% of the service price. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service price.
Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
Should you be dissatisfied with your hair service, please contact us within 10 days of your appointment. The original stylist will make the necessary corrections free of charge. Requests made after 10 days, or requests to see a different stylist, will be charged as a new service appointment.
