Why hourly pricing?
Your appointment is about more than hair, it’s your time, your vision, and your experience. You know exactly what your appointment will cost based on the time booked, no hidden charges or surprise add-ons. We can focus on what your hair needs most that day without worrying if it’s “worth the price” of a certain service. We’re free to combine cuts, colors, treatments and styling in one session without juggling separate service fees. You’re in control of how much time and budget you want to invest at each visit.
What are your hours?
We operate by appointment only. Our schedules are flexible and at the discretion of each stylist. We are available to you Tuesday thru Thursday 11-6 and Friday 10-1. During those hours we are available to take/return calls, book appointments, answer emails. Outside of those hours, we still may be responding.
What’s the parking situation?
There is a free lot located at the rear of building on Hall St with 5 spaces (which includes 1 ADA accessible parking space). There is street parking (be mindful of signs regarding time limits). And if all else fails, there is paid parking in the Church St lot and the church parking lot on Main St, both within a 2 block walk.
How do we get in the building?
While we strive to be ready and waiting for you to enter the building, there will undoubtedly be times when we cannot greet you immediately, in those instances there is an intercom system for you to contact us that is located on the wall to the left when you enter the door from the street. You will select call tenant and find “Francis & Spruce, Studio 9” and press call. We can then unlock the door at the top of the stairs for you remotely. You may then walk back to our suite or get cozy in the general reception lobby.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?
It’s best to let us know as soon as possible when needing to reschedule or cancel your appointment to avoid incurring any fees. You can call, text, email or reschedule/cancel through your booking confirmation sent by Mangomint. Your reschedule/cancellation request is based on the timestamp of when you reach out, not when we respond. For full details on our policies, please click here.
